Questions.
Are your prices fixed?
No. Every business and location is different, so every shoot is quoted to your project. The packages on this page are a guide to what most shoots cost. Reach out and I'll put together a quote for exactly what you need.
What exactly is a hero shot?
It's the big moving image at the very top of a homepage, behind your headline. It's the first thing visitors see, so it sets the tone for your whole business.
Do I really pay nothing if I don't like it?
Yes. For metro Melbourne shoots on the Single and Trio packages, if the preview isn't right for you, you walk away and owe nothing. Signature shoots and regional trips need a 30% deposit because they take more planning.
Will it slow down my website?
No. Files are compressed for the web, usually under 5 MB, and come with a poster image that shows instantly while the video loads.
Can you fly a drone over my business?
Usually, yes. I'm a CASA-certified commercial drone pilot, so I check the airspace before every shoot and handle any approvals. If your site sits in restricted airspace, I'll tell you upfront and plan ground or FPV shots instead.
What website builders does it work with?
Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow and custom sites all support video headers. I send simple setup steps, or add "I install it" and I'll do it for you.
Can I use the shot on Instagram or in ads?
The standard licence covers your website. Upgrade to "Website + social & ads" to use it anywhere you promote your business.
